Senior Principal, Investment Management Corporation of Ontario (IMCO)

Mary Chang is an experienced investment professional with over 20 years of experience in private market investing, including private equity, infrastructure, real estate and private debt. Mary is currently a Senior Principal with the Investment Management Corporation of Ontario (IMCO), an investment manager for Ontario public sector pension plans. Mary has served on the Boards of multiple portfolio companies across North America and Europe and on the Advisory Boards of Fund partnerships. In her current role as Senior Principal of Private Equity, she is responsible for originating, executing and managing a global, diversified portfolio of private equity investments and expanding the mandate to include strategic partners and direct investments alongside these partners. She holds an MBA from the University of British Columbia and a Hons. B.A from the University of Western Ontario.
