Sunnybrook Foundation Community Partnership

The Toronto Mendelssohn Choir and the Sunnybrook Foundation are partnering together to increase awareness of the TMC to members of the Sunnybrook Foundation Community while assisting the Sunnybrook Foundation in raising funds for its Veterans Care program.

Originally founded as a Veterans Hospital, Sunnybrook proudly cares for those who risked their lives fighting for our freedom.  Home to veterans of several wars, Sunnybrook provides advanced and compassionate care that promotes health and independent living for our seniors.  Sunnybrook needs $3.5 million to improve their living space and enrich the lives of our country’s veterans.

The Toronto Mendelssohn Choir is pleased to donate a portion of the proceeds from the following three concerts to the Veterans Care Program of Sunnybrook.
