The UK’s Huddersfield Choral Society (founded 1836) joins the TMC for a concert of choral classics, featuring many of the greats of English Cathedral music. Enjoy works by Parry, Stainer, Harris, Tavener, Vaughan-Williams, Holst and more.

Huddersfield Choral Society will perform
Parry: My Soul, There is a Country
Elgar: Ave verum
Stainer: God So Loved the World
Vaughan William: O How Amiable
Holst: Psalm 148

TMC will perform
Tavener: Song for Athene
Ekholm: Prayer of St. Francis (winner of the 2016 TMC Choral Composition Competition)
Mozart:  Laudate Dominum
Harris: Faire is the Heaven
Willan: In the Heavenly Kingdom

Huddersfield and TMC joined together will perform
Handel: Zadok the Priest
Parry: I was Glad
Mendelssohn: Lift thine eyes and He watching over Israel
